Ted M. Abele
Ted Abele is a 1973 graduate of the University
of Missouri and an Alpha Gamma Sigma Class of
1970 initiate. Abele holds both BS and MS
degrees in Agricultural Economics and Finance
from University of Missouri and Texas A&M
University respectively. Born in Nevada
Missouri, he and his wife Miriam are residents
of Belton Missouri. Ted is the CEO of
Continental Capital Corporation, a Missouri
based holding company engaged primarily in the
acquisition, development, management, and
disposition of real assets in the Midwestern
U.S. Abele is also Managing Director of Black
Knight Real Estate LLC, which provides
investment and real estate acquisition counsel
to private equity and institutional investment
entities. He has served on various professional
and corporate boards and maintains an active
speaking itinerary across the country.
David Coffelt
David Coffelt is a 1974 graduate of the
University of Missouri and an Alpha Gamma Sigma
Class of 1971 initiate. He holds a degree in
Agricultural Economics and currently resides in
Harrisonville, Missouri. David is President of
Coffelt Land Title, Inc. which has 5 offices and
30 employees serving the greater Kansas City
Metropolitan communities.
David is a long time member of
the American Land Title Association and has
served the Missouri Land Title Association as
its Past President, Past Board of Directors
member, and chair of various committees. David
continues to serve each year as a Missouri Land
Title Institute Instructor.
Donald Nikodim
Don Nikodim is an original native of El Dorado
Springs, Missouri. Initiated in 1971, Don
received BS and MS degrees from MU in 1974 and
1977 respectively. Don taught VO-AG/FFA at
Odessa and Liberty Missouri from 1974-1978. He
served as Executive Director of the Poland China
Swine Association in Galesburg, Illinois
1978-1981, and a University of Mo Extension Farm
Management Specialist from 1981-1983. He is
currently Executive Director of the Missouri
Pork Association and has served in that capacity
since 1983. He has been very active in the AGS
Building Association and an active chapter
advisor for many years. Mr. Nikodim currently
resides in Columbia, Missouri with wife Betty.
Steve Cronin
Steve hails from Archie Missouri and was a 1967
initiate of Alpha Gamma Sigma. He graduated from
MU with a degree in Agronomy in 1969. Mr. Cronin
spent the majority of his working career in the
fertilizer industry. He held various positions,
including sales rep, distribution manager, VP of
sales, and Potash Product Manager and was
responsible for pricing and coordinating company
strategy with production and sales. Steve served
as President and Vice President of the MN Plant
Food and Chemical Industry, and on the board of
the National Fertilizer and Solutions
Association. He is a Columbia resident.
Larry Schuster
Larry holds a Bachelors Degree
in Home Economics with a focus on architectural
studies from UMC. Following his experience as a
facilities manager for a storage facility in
college, as well as a farm manager of a 600+
acre farm he was a self employed owner of
Pioneer Window Works for twenty-five (25 years)
prior to merging with Marathon Building
Environments in 2009. Today he continues to
manage Pioneer Window Works for the parent
company by serving as the department manager,
project manager and sales manager.
Larry has served as a Planning
and Zoning Commissioner for the City of
Columbia, MO, former City Councilman for the
City of Columbia, MO, former Columbia Chamber of
Commerce Board Member and a current board member
for the MO Club for Growth. He is also a board
member of Breakwater Bay Club Condominiums at
The Lake of the Ozarks. Mr. Larry Schuster is an
AGS class of 1975 initiate. He and his wife
Betty, who is a certified financial planner,
live in Columbia.
